How calories are distributed in your plan, depends on the number of meals you've chosen in the Profile screen.

Typically:

  • 30% breakfast
  • 30% lunch
  • 30% dinner
  • 10% snack

If you add a snack:

  • 27% breakfast (Approximately)
  • 27% lunch (Approximately)
  • 27% dinner (Approximately)
  • 10% snack 1
  • 10% snack 2

If you remove breakfast:

  • 45% lunch
  • 45% dinner
  • 10% snack

If you remove breakfast and have two snacks:

  • 40% lunch
  • 40% dinner
  • 10% snack
  • 10% snack

If you remove snacks and breakfast:

  • 50% lunch
  • 50% dinner

Note that no matter the number of meals, your plan will always add up to the calories you've set in the Profile screen.

For our high protein plans, if you go above 40% protein, you won't be able to control the number of snacks because these will always be protein shakes.
