To see how calories are distributed in your plan, tap on Profile and then Number of Meals.

The calorie distribution depends on the number of meals in your plan.

In a typical plan:

  • 30% breakfast
  • 30% lunch
  • 30% dinner
  • 10% snack

If you add a snack:

  • 27% breakfast (Approximately)
  • 27% lunch (Approximately)
  • 27% dinner (Approximately)
  • 10% snack 1
  • 10% snack 2

Note that no matter the number of meals, your plan will always add up to the calories you've set in the Profile screen.

For our high protein plans, if you go above 40% protein, you won't be able to control the number of snacks because these will always be protein shakes.
