Meal prep is about setting yourself up to succeed. It's the idea of preparing food in advance and portioning it for later in the week. This saves you from making decisions about what you're going to eat in those moments when you might be tempted to choose fast foods. (For me this is most difficult when I've reached the hangry zone after a workout, when I get home late from work or if I've had a stressful day). Without meal prep, we need to make a choice to eat healthy food 3-4 times per day, every day. However, if you meal prep, healthy food is the easy option that saves you from giving in to temptations.
