Recipes that are great for freezing will have a little freezable tag at the top when you tap in to the recipe.
To reheat a frozen meal, move it into the fridge the night before and allow to defrost overnight. Or if you forget (usually my speciality!) place it in the microwave on the defrost setting and once defrosted, heat through.
