To create a meal plan tap on Create Plan or use the + button.

Inside the plan creator you can:

  • Tap on Plan to choose from the different meal plans
  • Tap on Dates to decide what days you'd like to create a plan for
  • Tap on Meals and Calories to decide whether to include breakfast, lunch, dinner and one or two snacks. You can also change the calories for each meal
  • Tap on People if you want to include your partner or family in your plan
  • Use the slider to choose between more variety or time saving

Once you've created your plan, you'll be taken to the weekly view where you can make changes.
