Creating a meal plan

Creating your first meal plan is easy.

To create a meal plan tap on Create Plan or use the + button.

Inside the plan creator you can:

  • Choose what days you want to plan meals for

  • Choose what type of plan you want (including low-carb, high protein, vegetarian, mediterranean etc)

  • Choose what meals you want to include (for example breakfast, lunch and a snack)

  • Add any extra people to your plan if your partner or family is joining you

  • Choose how often you want to cook

  • Change what calories each meal should have

  • Add any allergies/dislikes

The MealPrepPro plan creator will also create your shopping list for you.
